BRMC Home Health Care

Home health care requires a physician’s order to allow the home health nurses to evaluate the patient. Patients need to make an appointment or have a TeleHealth visit with their physician to have a face to face visit that would qualify them for the home health services. If the patient has seen their doctor within the last 90 days for an active condition and they feel they need home health services they can either call the doctor’s office and request home health services or they may call our agency and we would try to get an order from the physician.

​​A Registered Nurse will meet with you to discuss what home care services may be available for you or your loved one. We accept most insurances along with Medicare and Medicaid which usually cover the cost of services.
