Paul Chebib, M.D., received his Doctor of Medicine degree and completed an internship in general medicine at Saint Joseph University in Beirut Lebanon.  Upon arriving in the U.S., Dr. Chebib completed an Internal Medicine residency at Atlantic City Medical Center. Dr. Chebib is Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and German. Dr. Chebib has been practicing at Brownfield Regional Medical Center Rural Health Clinic in Family Practice since 1998. Dr. Chebib is also active in long-term care attending to the residents of the Apex Secure Care, Ralls Nursing Home, and Clarendon Nursing Home.

Gabe Hisel, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Upon the completion of Medical School, Dr. Hisel completed his Family Practice residency at Texas tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock.  Dr. Hisel is Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, has been practicing family medicine at Brownfield Family Physicians since 2001 and provides for his patient’s inpatient needs at Brownfield Regional Medical Center.

Shane Hord, M.D., provides for his patients at the Brownfield Family Physicians practice, where he has served the Brownfield community since 2003. Dr. Hord received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock.  Dr. Hord is Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds privileges at Brownfield Regional Medical Center.

Kristy Acosta, M.D., received her Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Texas at Galveston, then went on to complete a Family Practice Residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, followed by an OB Fellowship at Cone’s Health Women’s Hospital. Dr. Acosta is fluent in French and Spanish, board certified with The American Board of Family Physicians and has been practicing at Brownfield Regional Medical Center Rural Health Clinic since 2020.

A” lifetime” member of the BRMC family, Mandy McQueen, APRN, FNP, began her career working for Brownfield Regional Medical Center in 1996 as an LVN. After acquiring her RN, Mandy took on the roles of Trauma Coordinator in 2005 and in 2008 Mandy was the director for BRMC Home Care. Mandy went on to receive her master’s degree in Nursing and specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech Health Science Center in 2013. Mandy is Board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has been practicing in the Brownfield Regional Medical Center Rural Health Clinic since 2013.

John Teague, CRNA, has been with BRMC since 2011. John received his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Wesleyan in 2010. John is Board Certified with the Council Certification of Nurse Anesthesia.  John loves cooking in his free time and has catered several hospital events.

Kim Franke, P.A., completed the Physician Assistant Program at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2012.  Kim practices at Brownfield Family Physicians with privileges at Brownfield Regional Medical Center Hospital. Kim has been practicing in Brownfield since 2015 under the supervision of Michael S. Hord, M.D., and Gabe Hisel, M.D.

A lifelong resident of the South Plains, Cyndi and her husband call Seagraves home. Cynthia (Cyndi) Browne, APRN, CNP received her master’s degree in nursing and certification in Nurse Practitioner from University of Texas Arlington in 2020. Cyndi is Board certified by The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Cyndi has been practicing at Brownfield Regional Medical Center Rural Health Clinic since 2020. Cyndi provides for all members of the family, supporting her patients through the various stages of growth and life.

Alan Sharif, M.D., FACC received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Aleppo University School of Medicine in Aleppo, Syria. Dr. Sharif completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine at Sinai Hospital and at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, and then a fellowship in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at the Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Sharif is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology as well by the Nuclear Board in nuclear cardiology. Dr. Sharif has been seeing patients at Brownfield Regional Medical Center Rural Health Clinic since 2019.
